Vulkan API #253

Hey guys, what about vulkan into minko? Vulkan has a great performance and drop opengl API.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Minko is a cross-platform API, so until Vulkan can run on all the platforms we support (especially HTML5), this is not something we can add to the roadmap.
