Env #8

Introduces an .env variable file.

This way both env specific variables and sensitive information can be managed be individual user forks.

All though not sensitive information I did not include the https://flyleafco.firebaseio.com/catalog/mangaeden firebase url in the example file. You'll need to add it to your repo checkout.

Also assuming this hasn't broken anything because the app still loads for me. Although I'm not sure that the firebase url is being actively used by the codebase.

Yeah its used to pull the mangaEden manga collection into firbase, I think I does it once an hour. It's also used on the client side though, so dies it have to be moved from there too?
