Add a feature to avoid leaving the country #298

Currently the app uses most efficient routing. One user had to force it, by adding a waypoint, to stay within the USA instead of routing into Canada.

This issue, a long range one, is to allow an option on Settings (issue #297 ) to avoid leaving the country and then having the supercharger optimizer skip chargers in another country when it builds its graph of possible chargers.

This won't prevent Google from going into another country but might reduce it considerably.

I have decided this is not worth pursuing. Too difficult and fraught with potential problems with little to gain. The user can manually override or dislike a charger in another country that should force the optimizer to stay within the country.
