Waypoint Inspector Not Showing for some Required Superchargers #366

Not sure how this is happening but some users have been able to add superchargers manually that are not tied to a real supercharger.

Later when the app encounters these 'ghost' superchargers, it fails because it cannot tie them an actually charger. This causes problems with the Waypoint Inspector and I suspect the optimizer too.

The ability to bring up the waypoint inspector has been Fixed in V 1.2 (12)

I built a version for production to fix this. V1.1.7
