Upstream Charger Being Forced to 100% When Downstream Waypoint Was a Charging Destination #382

When the app encountered a charger that was less efficient than the upstream charger, it would force the upstream charger to 100%. This was good except when the next waypoint was a destination with a charger.

This has been fixed to only allow the upstream charger to go to 100% if the downstream waypoint is not a destination with a charger in V1.2 (20)
