Segment Summary Waypoint Order Buttons Don't Fire Status Dialog #401

When the user applies one of the action buttons on the bottom of the Segment Summary dialog after reordering the waypoints, the action works but does not bring up the status dialog.

I corrected this in V1.2 (34) but in doing so I had to close the Segment Summary dialog in order to show the status dialog. The UI framework only allows one popup panel at a time.
