Review and Reduce When New Routing Takes Place #417

The app may be overly aggressive on when it calls for a new route vs just displaying the current route. The routing only needs to change when a waypoints are added, deleted or moved within a segment.

The rest of the time the route will be the same but the energy may need to be recalculated.
