Speed Adjust Is Not Reflected in Servers Efficiency Parameter #436

When the app sends it's efficiency to the server, it currently V1.2 (35) has not had the speed factor added into the efficiency parameter. This can cause the server to over or underestimate the power consumption and therefore the need or lack of superchargers.

I added Speed Affect to the efficiency for each waypoint sent to the server in V1.2 (36).
