Roadster Needs Range and Standard Options for Trip Segments #514

Today we have range and standard options for charging, but only one mode for driving.

This enhancement will replace the charger waypoint question on the New Trips dialog asking what driving mode the Roadster user is in. It will also add a set or radios in the Edit Segment details for standard vs range mode when it's a roadster trip.

And of course lastly the underlying consumption model will need to be adjusted for each of the modes.

Turns out this is not really necessary. The real requirement is to just show both range model available distance and standard mode available distance.
