Create a Trip Details Panel #519

A placeholder to decide what should be a part of a trip details panel. The items on this panel would span the entire trip. Right now these are the items that have been requested:

email trip itenearay
export entire trip data

Some other thoughts are various charts and graphs that span the entire trip.

The trip itinerary will need #491 to get by the length issue with mailto.
