Allow Trip Start Time Override in New Trips #520

A user would like to see this on new trips. Right now the destination time field may be just a placeholder until I can figure out a reasonable way to do issue #4

This is implemented in V1.2 (98). For iPhone SE (small devices) the selected list item is not shown in order to allow for the time feature. There is a placeholder for Arrive By but it may never happen. :-)

New Trip and Add Segment help will need updating.
