Update Plugin Menus with iPeng App #15

Currently only the surround mode plugin menu item is updated automatically. The others only show the state that was selected through the menu and these are erased after a LMS restart.

The plugin should show the current state of these menu items from the AVR at each use.

This has been fixed in version 4.0 for all players
