See if Squeezer will add Plugin Menu in the App #16

Today only the iPeng iOS app shows the plugin menu for controlling the AVR audio features. It would be nice if Squeezer would also support this feature.

This would require and adaptation by the Squeezer author and potentially some changes in the plugin too.

This has been developed and delivered in version 4.0
