iPeng (1.4.7) sleep mode volume control not controlling AVR volume #6

The new version of iPeng (1.4.7) has an option to change volume using the using 
volume buttons also when app is in the background (need to turn on the 
"preserve connection" option) and when iDevice is sleeping. However in this 
mode the control is only on volume of player and not the receiver. All work as 
expected when iPeng is in the foreground.

Not sure what I can do about this. That feature of iPeng is a bit of a hack and 
unless it sends controller commands the LMS it won't work with DenonAvpControl.
