Fixed Volume (100%) and iPeng 2.0 not working #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I installed the current version of denonavpcontrol and got iPeng (iPhone) to
control my Denon AVR 2113.
The control (Volume, Power) in general works perfectly - thank you for your
plugin.

But when I enable "Fixed Volume" to get 100% volume out of my Squeezebox Duet
receiver and to manage the Volume using the Denon I'm not able to manage the
volume in iPeng anymore (like you described within the HowTo).

Do you know how to fix this?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DenonAVPControl 1.9.2
LMS 7.7.2
Squeezebox Duet
iPhone 4s with iPeng 2.0

It looks like at some time after version 1.5 this plugin started to revert to
the old "getexternalvolumeinformation" protocol from the tagged parameter
version as it is now specified in the CLI spec.
I am pretty sure it once worked in the past.

Not sure if this was an install issue or not. My Duet still outputs 100% volume with iPeng.
