Improve Induction Motor Model #265

We need to improve the induction motor model to take saturation into account and to reduce the number of iterations in the Newton loop. The documentation also needs to be written.

Made changes similar to the PMSM one:

[x] Internal Algorithm not based on solving equivalent electrical circuit
[x] Possibility to use Inductance saturation
[x] Test and documentation update
