Sawtooth Signal Source

Add a Sawtooth wave source to the Control source library.

This device will generate a sawtooth signal similar to the "triangular wave" : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sawtooth_wave

The parameters will be :

• amplitude
• frequency (in Hz)
• offset
• phase shift (0-360)

When amplitude is 1 and offset is 0, the signal will vary between 0 and 1.
