Finalize Detailed Switching Transients PWL model

The current known issues of the PWL Mosfet models are:

[x] Predictive time step support : The performance of the MOSFET model with the predictive time step solver are currently relatively poor.
[x] Lambda Coefficient : In the 23.08 model, the impact of the Lambda coefficient on the drain current is neglected.
[x] Capacitance values calculation: In the 23.08 model, the impact of CRSS on CISS and COSS is neglected.
[x] Model Test and Validation: Finalize and publicly release the MOSFET and Diode validation cases.
[x] Add Vgs and Vds initial value parameters (For Capacitance initialization)
[x] Add capability to import SPICE VDMOS transistors inside SIMBA.
[x] Add detailed BUCK Converter example to the design examples
