Crash caused by subcircuit pin name change #355

Describe the bug SIMBA crashes when renaming an input/output of a subcircuit and then launching a simulation without going back to the top circuit. Even after saving before starting the simulation, SIMBA crashes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go inside a sub circuit
  2. Change a pin name
  3. Run a simulation
