Improve motor model stability #394

In SIMBA 23.11, stability issues in the motor model can cause errors such as "Newton loop failed to converge" when the motor is connected to non-linear devices like detailed MOSFET models. We recoded a part of this model to improve the overall stability and reduce the risk of such errors.
