Implement an API endpoint to track the progress of individual SIMBA simulations, similar to the progress indication (green bar) in the GUI.

Suggested Solution

Introduce an API call that reflects the GUI's progress tracking feature, offering real-time updates on individual simulation jobs. Enhancing in-job debug verbosity would also be beneficial for detailed progress monitoring.
