Python _ Same names for component

As a user, when using 2 components in SIMBA GUI with the same name, therefore the Python script which calls one of them need to be well written.

• The function "GetDeviceByName" could be duplicated with the function "item" in order to well define the component needed.
• Or need to create a new function "GetDevicesByName".
