As a user, I would like to have the opportunity to set an input frequency of 0Hz for sawtooth generator block.
In SIMBA current version, if frequency input of the sawtooth generator is 0, it waits until (1/0 ~ infinity) timestep to generate the next output, and this fails the simulation.
