Add replay from file

Add the ability to read a previously saved file to replace the Telemetry link.

This will allow us to do a cool replay of the flight but most importantly this will give us the possibility to replay the flight for testing purposes

• [x] Rework the SerialWrapper to make it more easy to include a file reading inside
• [x] Add the ability to read a file
  • [x] Send the frames to the main application according to their timestamps for "real-time" replay
