Update to work with phoenix_html 4.x #308

This bumps dependencies so that this can work with phoenix_html 4.x and newer phoenix applications. Nothing special to do here other than follow the compiler messages.

Can this be merged please with a version bump and a release? And if this project is no longer maintained it will be amazing to pass it to someone who will continue to support it.
