Start tidying up code for Version 2.0

• Our code includes both usage of ' and ". I started to change the formatting to black (https://black.readthedocs.io/en/stable/).
• Also I put examples into a directory. In future we can change the code running as aestimo.py script.py Therefore we can use folders.
• Other many small changes.
