adjusted beta values by cell-type fractions #14

Hi,

In the EpiSCORE paper figure 4d, adjusted Beta values by cell-type fractions are plotted against cell-type fractions. May I ask how the adjusted Beta values are calculated? Is this functionality provided in the package?
