How is phenoChu.v stored in the scChu.m data? #1

Hi,

I am running the tutorial for SCENT and CCAT. I am wondering how the phenoChu.v (which is the cell type) is stored in the single cell expression matrix scChu?

I have a seurat object with count matrix and I also have the cell types, I am wondering how I can integrate them together to run the function CompCCAT. Thanks for any help!
