The problem I encountered is that video files were not completely transferred and so not playing fully (sometimes containing gaps of 5-10 minutes), yet ffprobe marked these files as having no issues.

Full analysis of files using ffmpeg.

Manually running ffmpeg on newly copied files which was able to identify the issue.

Use the same database of a quick or full check.
