it depends on all previous pull requests closes #46, #48, #73 subscriptions part is inspired by https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/wiki/RPC-PUB-SUB

the address subscription method proposed present a significant change that is quite significant and doesn't add any functionality, therefore it will not be changed

instead the addresses.get method will be added to support the specific use case
