todos:

[ ] implicit compilation of contracts should not be possible
[ ] original format of ACI returned by http compiler should be accepted

@dincho what's your proposal to deal with compilation using this CLI? don't support it at all & require the users to compile with sophia_cli directly? asking that because of https://github.com/aeternity/aepp-sdk-js/issues/1681
