List of changes for `develop` branch

[x] drop useless comments ("Component Name", "Exporting", "---Index---" and so on)
[x] use single file components (https://vuejs.org/v2/guide/single-file-components.html)
[x] choose one of eslint-config-standard or eslint-config-airbnb, drop custom configs introduced in https://github.com/aeternity/aepp-components/pull/129
[x] revert unexplicit imports in SCSS
