adding ae-slide as a component #178

For now this will act more like an interface, rather than a long-term component, and yes we will implement our own version of the carousel, but now there is a time limit.

So for now lets merge this and later on we will update it with our own version (internal change, not interface change)

Hey guys a story exists in AE components project to upgrade this with our own version written using vue-touch or we agree to use vue-awesome-swiper depending on its limitations. Denis can you pass this for now as we have a note to manage it...

@etharner is currently using vue-awesome-swiper in the Base app, no need to make a temporary wrapper around vue-agile or vue-awesome-swiper

@davidyuk I still am of the opinion that we should go ahead and merge this, and later we can engineer our own slider, but for now I am / was in need of a slider functionality with the current design, I don't want that every time I need a slider, have to restyle vue-agile or vue-awesome-swiper
