adding deprecation function on component create

Adding some form of logging for components that will be / will have:

• deprecated (when a component will be retired)
• breaking changes (when a component has breaking changes)
• new features (when new stuff are added?)

TODO:

• Breaking changes
• New Features
• Log level (disable/enable)
• More log levels (new props, new methods, etc...)
