debug node sometimes not coming up on aeproject env #482

eventually this only happens in older projects with newer aeproject versions or the other way round

no fully reproducible case is known yet, just received some reports that were solved with running docker-compose up -d manually to bring the environment up

generally make aeproject env more robust, using local node/compiler versions and displaying used versions to the user
