Identify all events from initial issue or conclude to some solution that will be helpful and user-centric

Is it already possible to achieve the same outcome in any other way? If so, how?

No, needs to be adjusted by backend

spend tx event means the tx was send to that name like this image Do we wanna include it in the list?
