Mining pools listing

Please describe the problem that your request should resolve.

Idea is to have at least a basic dashboard about mining.

• [ ] chart {MDW dependency} https://github.com/aeternity/ae_mdw/issues/1963
• [ ] display the list of mining pools, add links to miners (main website), show total_reward, fee and hashrate
• [x] display statistics panel at the top of the page with miners count (https://mdw.mainnet.aeternity.io/mdw/v3/stats), block reward and difficulty
• [x] menu item and new page
• [ ] testing
• [ ] hints
• [ ] check links below and conversation
• [x] MDW https://github.com/aeternity/ae_mdw/issues/1942

Is it already possible to achieve the same outcome in any other way? If so, how?

@michele-franchi since you mentioned 'show total_reward', just wanted to ask where should I get that? Is it meant to be total for all miners or total per miner? @michele-franchi

Reaction from Davidyuk Maybe add hashrate change over time? To know does ae mining attracts more or less resources.Also, to estimate the profitability (like reward / power consumption).
