Name appears in Auction and Expired list #802

MDW tracking: https://github.com/aeternity/ae_mdw/issues/1778 There is nothing we can do on our side, just to check the status once resolved

Resolution from the MDW ticket is that there are actually 4 states for a name

Active
In Auction
Expired (we can call it inactive)
Expired & In Auction
