Use data resources from new version of MDW

Describe the solution you'd like

[ ] names related (in progress https://github.com/aeternity/ae_mdw/issues/1425#issuecomment-1980646471 )
[ ] remove expand=true
[ ] bid count (MDW TRACKING https://github.com/aeternity/ae_mdw/issues/1916)

Is it already possible to achieve the same outcome in any other way? If so, how?
