use custom gas limit also for `ContractCreateTx` #67

I just tested this on AEstudio and it seems like the custom defined gas limit is not used by AEstudio. it always uses the SDK default of 25000.

also, what do you think about renaming "Gas Amount" to "Gas limit"? makes more sense IMO
