Add win32 support to ST commands suite #3065

Since we will retire the Python UAT in #3009 the functioning of the extra commands must be verified for win32 as well. Since we already do some work in system_test/common/aest_commands_SUITE.erl.

I suggest to extend this suite to cover more commands and also work on win32.

Depending on #3299 this could be depricated.
