Point Sophia docs to aesophia repo #468

Waits for aeternity/aesophia#239

Changes:

Moved out sophia.md and sophia_stdlib.md since they have nothing to do with the protocol
Removed Varna mentions
Moved AEVM_01_ABI part from sophia.md to aevm.md
Renamed sophia_explained.md to events.md since the document is only about events and is related more to the protocol than to the Sophia itself
Updated links to point to correct files
Some minor formatting fixes
