Black Bars on Mario Sunshine NTSC (don´t think there should be) #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start it, with Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, not sure if it matters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the Game with Black bars on the sides.
Even on Progressive Scan.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r12,r21
