Metal Gear Twin Snake #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try it with wiiflow,usb loader GX,NeoGamma
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?I can't save the game,it 
reads the memory card but it shows like it dosen't have blocks open,I try 
diferent ones,the same thing happen 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? r47

Please provide any additional information below.
when I try it on r12  the saving works but the game frezzes alot

Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes - don't work swap disc DML r58 with no DVD, 
cheats and NMM.
