True Crime: New York City NTSC #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load NeoGamma through HBC, select game then load.
2. A green, black or an orange and black checkered screen appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the game not to freeze so frequently. When the green screen appears the 
game loads properly but half the time it will freeze on it. When the black or 
the orange and black checkered screen appears the game doesn't load.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r47 with NeoGamma R9 beta56 on 4.3U

Please provide any additional information below.
Using a SanDisk 32GB Mirco SDHC class 4 with adapter, format FAT32 64KB cluster 
size.
