hi, I have some games that i'm sure are in italian language and on wii appears 
in english.
I'm sure they're in italian cause i tried with dolphin emulator

Maybe zone detedtion ?

Well, you can try Open Sram Language Modifier (OSLM). Just modify its value in 
SRAM, save the changes and load the game with your favorite loader.

Currently, DML doesn't have any language-related option, so you can consider 
this application a very simple solution for the time being.
