Create a schematic with the following:

[x] Servos powered directly from Vbat
[ ] Logic level converter so PPM signal to control servos from MCU is at 5V
[ ] MOSFET switch to kill the servos from MCU
[ ] If needed, additional transistors to safely toggle the MOSFETs
[ ] (optional) should the PPM be galvanically isolated to protect the MCU from noise / voltage spikes from crappy servos?

I don't think galvanic isolation is necessary.
