Making scripts more generic and adding some options

[vespakoen]

• Adding BOOST_PREFIX and PYTHON_PREFIX options
• Rename libraries to all be "ocl.{ext}"
• Set output directory of libraries / modules to be the root of the build folder
• Install less things when not necessary
• Make boost.tar.gz cacheable
