ProtTest Model Selection and MrBayes #9

It may be a good idea to include a guide to compiling prottest as the documentation provided is not the best and doesn't seem to be up to date, for those who do not have a central system with programs/do not often compile programs. In addition, the prottest setup output (this text file with the commands) should possibly have a modification option for how prottest is called on the users command line. The VESPA dictionary for MrBayes does not include many models, such as MtRev, CpRev, MtMam and the +G, +F and +I modifications to commonly used models
