Error of undefined variable oldValue in browser console #22

The update mechanism in the Neerslag Card gets triggered on first start-up within Home Assistant in the browser. Meanwhile the oldValue variable is still empty at that stage. This causes the browser console to display an error. This does not impact the functioning of the Neerslag Card.
